Several children in Year 5 and 6 have volunteered to serve their school by being prefects. These children wrote letters of application to Mrs Porter about why they would make good prefects and all were chosen.
These children help out at lunchtimes on a rota. Amongst their duties, they help in the EYFS and KS1 playgrounds, in the dining room serving water, they check the chrome books are returned and charge up ready for the afternoon lessons as well as santize the KS2 children’s hands with hand gel on their way into the dining room.
Lunctimes wouldn’t run so smoothly without our prefects.
The children are amazing and they will be called upon for many other tasks around the school as they are so reliable.
