We welcome applications from all families who support the Catholic ethos of our school. For 2025-2026 applications, we accepted children up to criteria 11 with those from criteria 13 ranked by distance.
Although a certificate of Catholic Practice is preferable, it is NOT essential to obtain a place in Nursery or Reception.

Our Headteacher, Mrs Aideen Porter, warmly invites you to visit our wonderful school.
If your child is due to start in Nursery or Reception in September 2026, this will be an opportunity for you to see the school in action first hand and to find out about what a happy, nurturing and thriving school community St Adrian’s is.
All tours will start at 9.15am and should run until approximately 10.00am.
If you are interested in visiting the school, please contact the school office to book a space on one of the tours. The deadline for primary applications to start in Reception in 2026 is Thursday 15th January, so book a tour today!

Applications for school places in Reception for September 2026 are for children born between 1/9/2021 and 31/8/2022.

How to apply for admission to the reception class for entry September 2026
Applications are open to apply online at: www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/admissions. In addition you will need to complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF below) and provide a copy of your child’s baptism certificate. These documents can be handed to the school office.
As well as applying online, please complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and submit to the school office.
